As you can see, the Canon RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM promises to be an attractive companion to the EOS R system. Currently, it sells for a price of $1,100. Interestingly enough, Canon doesn’t offer any discount for buying the lens along with the EOS R camera body. On the other hand i read a lot of reviews about the rf 24-70 f2.8 that rate it as an ok lens, not super sharp, with a bit of distortion etc. and a bit pricey for what you get. I remember a couple of years ago the reviews for the canon EF 24-70 f2.8ii were excellent. RF 24-105 f/4L. I want to reiterate the point about the big difference between the Canon RF 24-105 f/4L and EF version. The EF is much more inferior even when compared to other EF L lenses from Canon.
